Friday, May 9
Dancers will be dropped off and signed in at the backstage entrance of the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center at the listed Drop Off time. Dancers should wear their Dress Code attire with their hair in a bun. No makeup or costumes.
Younger dancers should bring ONLY their ballet slippers—please do not send phones, toys, snacks, games, etc. They do not need a dance bag unless they are in Ballet 5, 6, or 7.
Dancers will be signed out and picked up from the doors on the East side of the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center in the parking lot. (There will be a sign on the doors.) Only one parent may come to pick up your dancer.
*These Levels have multiple classes. Each Class has their own time on stage. We will dismiss each class immediately following their stage time, so some dancers will be released before the scheduled end time. For these Levels, we will text the number on file when your dancer is ready to be picked up.
Saturday, May 10

For rehearsal – no makeup or costumes. Dancers should wear their Dress Code attire with their hair in a bun.
For the performance - Pre-Ballet, Ballet 1, 2, 3 and 4 dancers should arrive at the theater wearing their nude leotard under their costume, with make-up and hair done. Ballet 5, 6, 7, Junior Company & Company should arrive with their hair and makeup done. Their costumes will be available in their dressing room.

Immediately after the performance and once the audience has completely exited the building, dancers can be picked up at the locations listed above. (There will be signage.) Only one parent may come to pick up your dancer. Please have your family wait in the parking lot to avoid crowding the area. This will help pick-up run more smoothly.
