Judy’s vision to create performance opportunities for her students and bring ballet to Permian Basin audiences led her to start Midland Festival Ballet, an organization that has enriched our community and the lives of hundreds of young people. Her dedication and commitment to this art form and her students built the foundation that still guides our organization almost 30 years later.
