Act 2 Pass
The Act 2 Pass is for dancers leaving during intermission
and only pertains to Party Children, Mice, and Soldiers not in Act 2.
If your child will be leaving during intermission to attend the second half of the performance or go home, please fill out this form and check the boxes of the performance(s) for which you will be checking them out. Only dancers who have filled out a pass will be allowed to leave after Intermission. Please keep in mind your child will need a ticket to enter ACT 2 and will need to bring appropriate theater clothes with them to the dressing room so the room moms can have them ready to go.
