Susan Clark, Co-Artistic Director, grew up in Midland. She trained with William-Martin Viscount in Fort Worth and the National Academy of Dance in Champaign, Illinois.

At 16, Susan joined Ballet Repertory in NYC. She won a major competition in Japan and co-directed Ballet Midland with Anthony Ferro.

Susan was a Principal Dancer with Atlanta Ballet and Milwaukee Ballet. She returned to Midland in 1999 and is instructor and rehearsal leader for MFB. She is also the mother of two precocious little girls.
